- Health intake information: health conditions, allergies, injuries, and session preferences you submit through the in-app intake form to help your therapist prepare for your session.
- Appointment data: services booked, dates, times, and therapist selections.
- Device token: an Expo push notification token used solely to send you appointment reminders. We do not use this for advertising.
- Location data: your approximate device location, requested when you open the App, to determine which service providers are available near you. Your location is used only during the active session and is not stored in our database.
- Usage data: basic app activity collected to improve the app experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- To send push notifications and email reminders about upcoming appointments.
- To manage your loyalty points and rewards balance.
- To share your health intake form with your assigned therapist prior to your session.
- To determine whether service providers are available in your area based on your approximate location.
- To improve the App and troubleshoot issues.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Therapists: your name and health intake information are shared with your assigned therapist to provide your service.
- Service providers: we use third-party services (email delivery, push notifications via Expo) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and appointment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
