How do I book an appointment?
Open the app, tap the Book tab, select a service, choose a therapist and date, then pick an available time slot and confirm.

Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. On the booking screen you can select a specific therapist or choose "Any" to see all available times.

How do I cancel or reschedule?
Go to My Appointments in your profile, tap the appointment, and select Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations must be made within the allowed window shown on the appointment detail screen.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation notification?
Make sure push notifications are enabled for the app. Go to your Profile → Notification Settings and tap "Enable Notifications." Also check that your device's notification permissions for the app are turned on in your phone's Settings.

How do loyalty points work?
You earn points automatically with each completed appointment. Points are shown in your Profile. Once you accumulate enough, you can redeem them for rewards in the app.

What is the health intake form?
The intake form collects basic health information (allergies, injuries, preferences) so your therapist can personalize your session. It is securely stored and only visible to your assigned therapist.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link by email.

How do I delete my account?
Email us at the address below with your account email and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 5 business days.
